The Santa Barbara The Santa Barbara Holiday Lights Tour consists of a multi-part drive through various neighborhoods of Santa Barbara to look at the very best holiday light displays. There is, however, one small area in Goleta that has an usually delightful display of lights and decorations. It is a bit far away to include in the Santa Barbara tour, so I have included it as a bonus. Below is a map showing the location on a short U-shaped street named Puente Plaza.
